God's ultimate concern is that you return to Him
Resisting foolishness and all its great temptations
That you rectify your life where you ignorantly sin
And that you save yourself from such condemnation

Life caters to the One Who created it
It so urges the one to whom on loan
It constantly offers the Former full credit
It reminds the latter that he/she is owned

Reminding him/her that theirs, a permit
And that earth the site of makeshift home

THAT'S LIFE

If life is not fair there is no God
Quite often it's something we're overlooking
Of yet unaware; of what we've never heard
Yet consequential 'though genuinely mistaken

Life is always fair but loyal to life itself
And to Him Who created it and still manages
And of little consideration to anything else
Least to consequential chaos or emotional damages

SHINE!

Provide yourself with appropriate self-esteem
By standing for right and righteous at every opportunity
Of truth and its standards become a living means
And of its conduct and flow but its continuity

A beacon to others and for what have prayed

FINE TUNING

God is found in the most unlikely places
Those who seek Him must thus remain alert
Quite often behind some non-suspecting faces

God lays hidden but no more than skin deep
So a wholehearted general acceptance is desired
Beware that of Him and Heaven; nothing cheap
 Of His ways never to get weary; never too tired

PRIORITY TWO

Second only to God is our goodwill towards each other
Highlighted; captivated at this but Christmas time
In an excited appreciation for God; each a sister; a brother
In a behavior of extragavance of everything fine

Second only to God is the heartfelt concern for each other
In this time as a precedent for practice all year round
Behaviorally truly as siblings of our one great Father
In fine examples of life and living making all so sound

OF PARTIAL PLAN

We can experience God in so many forms
Your religion is but the one, you can
Tailored to your geography; culture; so can easily conform
Yet but a tiny part of God's overall plan

We can experience God in any number ways
Unfortunately some are not to our lives conducive
At times not in alignment with our sincerest prayers
But always to our former selves and times to outlive

LOOSELY ROOTED

Lord help me break the complacency of hell
That I yet unconsciously; so blindly keep following
By its sheer numbers of followers make it difficult to tell
In that comfort do I but relentlessly keep furthering

Lord help me release myself from the jaws of hell
Made to look healthy by societal norms and tradition
Help me to rise above such and solitary but well
So become for your true sake of such composition 

OBSCURRED

Being a supported wife and devoted mother is anything but less
Neither of having to live on one but a shared income
In such setting all concerned equally but blessed
Where all that matters and important can but somehow get done

For the well-being and welfare of others deeply depend thus
It  holds the family's central focus with all remaining dear

SHORT-CHANGED

How! Cries the sincerity of your prayers
When without just cause you love not all man-
When, without His love in you, exactly your cares
So distanced apart from His world-wide plan

Just how? Pleads the sincerity of your prayers
When unjustly you have so outcasted some
To feed your false ego;your unfounded fears
To give yourself a chance, like others but none

EVERY WHICH WAY

God has no fixed way to reveal himself
As many as are us  so are the situations
Often times totally disguised as something else
But eventually of His doing offer confirmation

 But awaits patiently for such opportunity
Allowing us a glimpse of His abundant well
With its proper storage to last but all eternity

ODDS ARE

Peace remains proportional to how just
Prosperity is dependent on such relevancy
Love but an illusion misunderstood as lust

Thus above are the roots of empty expectations

Odds are you are of one or of combinations

BEST WISHES

May your every emptiness be filled by truth

SHARING GOD

God is enjoyed in an an innocent simplicity
He is properly defined in anything real

Basic experience is of a deed, how well ;how poor

For of disappointment and failure may not be exempted

STRANGE GODS

God is to receive most time and attention
But who or whatever does may have taken His part
Of him but your full knowledge and comprehension
And should be integral the fondest place of your heart

For you will in your one lifetime eventually find
That all would be in vain if not entirely so
And all the memories  but only there to remind
That your fullness to God was the only way to go!

LIFE

Life's a fulfilled journey or else shortcut to hell
So would be the weight of decision; so would be the tasks
The things of Heaven would make all wonderful and well
The soul will of the mind and body so ask

Life could be an empty journey awaiting be fulfilled
In a lifelong procrastination of what ought to be
Awaiting your written cheque just when you are billed
But for that payment you are never asked to agree

IGNORING

No one will be spared experiential evidence of God
Proving Him to be real, co-existent and quite able
However to be downplayed and/or discounted afterward
Under the terms where the person finds him/herself unable

No one will be spared but actual evidence of God
Displaying His willingness and super capability
But too few would it help to so propel forward
Found limited by a rising personal  denial hence inability

NOTHING LESS

God must be allowed or reserved a place, number one
By His grace we are given such time and opportunity
Further time to correct where we ignorantly wronged
So of Him increase our knowledge and proximity

BLISSFULLY IGNORANT

We were created out of the pure love of God

Refrain from judging the ways of differing others

So are we often enveloped in some past horror

Why they are embroidered by such outer shells
And in so encountering would both healthily grow
And where once but dual sickness both being well

FILING

God would facilitate you wherever you are
Whatever your mindset hence mentality
Whether you are near to Him; yet so far
Or whether you're yet spared or of some calamity

God will facilitate you whereever you are
Offering you full, true hope and final solutions
Especially when accepting Him is what  you're after
And your life but a testimony of such petition

ALTERATIONS

Manipulating outcomes man thus set the conditions
That alters here and questions the hereafter
Thus is he totally unprepared for his grave situation
And reluctant to address the source of the matter

Becoming unable to cope in altered state; in altered self
And to his created purpose but to so horribly missed

RECOGNITION

In places, under conditions most unlikely, God alone prevails
Fitting to be called Omnipotent and God, Almighty

For every under doom but gets a halo so brightly

Once from having such faith one is not derailed
Come such evidence of our God, Almighty
Often when everything we know comes up short or failed

NO BETWEENS

Improve your relationship with God until, "One-on-one"
Talk to Him freely and observe for His replies
And like to every faithful daughter and an upright son
Will He equally aprreciate your thanks as your cries

Progress your dependency on God until but no other
Make Him your number relationship and of your love
Yet of the world be its wise sister and such worthy brother
T'is a taste of what Heaven but actually made of

POSSESSION

Allow God until the eventual total possession of you
Let Him be the consultant of every thought, hence word, hence deed
To His written teachings be attentive and to them most true
And by your own life- example so sow but worthwhile seeds

Allow God the eventual, full possession of your entire being
For practically you would never be but  a vacant place
Without Him you'll be ever searching to find any meaning

All throughout life personal truths are revealed
Thus too once mystery to mankind renders discovery
Thus becomes open for scrutiny all where once sealed

WORLD FAMILY

To know God is to actively be reliant on Him

To really know God but cannot help but return His love
In deeds of active truthfulness so daily weigh in
Dwell in such light but become everything thereof
And become a member of a body of all so therein

THE LEASE

Our bodies crave God to function properly
So does our mind less it becomes diseased
For they are of His nature but His property
Awaiting our approval to fulfill the lease

Our bodies begin at first a vacant premises
As babes so our minds of any occupation
When as ideal for God's plans and purposes
Conditions so rightful for the rest of creation

SHORT-LIVED

On the grace of God so each day partake
On the wings of God most high
Yet in the same breath would His cause forsake
So each day a little would I die

On His hope so can each new day take
So in each new venture doth I
But without it blessed success is faked
But to less and less then try

EITHER, OR

Without any thoughts of goodness, wickedness gets in
Thus any innocence but not a valid claim
Without acts of salvation, damnation breaks in
And on the wrong side of the divide would remain

Between acts of love and acts of hate; no middle
So thin and distinct the dividing line
That simple, that exact; no mystery, no riddle
So you're either sickened or else quite fine

JUST BENEATH

God does not mind you depending on Him
(For the most part, you do: It's just not conscious)
But especially in the avoidance of anything sin
When take the pains for those even less obvious

The evidence of when you succeed; meritoriously win
When you acquire all that you do may be so precious

ARRIVE ALIVE

Approach God energetically while still alive
When there is will and way to achieve that end
When can witness to others as to how arrived
When of former self would so meritoriously ascend

Approach God willingly as opposed to be taken
So as living light to your contemporaries, gleam
With room to correct when caught genuinely mistaken
And as such to Heaven's door stand; so be its mean

UNIQUELY MYSELF

I am a lone survivor between Heaven and hell

The primary worship of God is the recognition of the equality of all men

For the evidence and experience of God depends directly on such conditions
But such state and condition(s) are, too, directly dependent on all man-
And so man by his nature either erects or removes from God such partition(s)
And in either way but sets the stage for God's most ultimate plan

GENERALLY

In materialistic transactions bordering mind control
Has replaced acts of genuine love; such acts of kindness
Of such too much of the world has already taken hold
To extents of resultant spiritual blindness

When it applies to wanton materialism love becomes faked
Totally absent, in real terms, any act resembling kindness
It is then that spirituality is gambled; most fully at stake
With actions then on automatic; totally mindless

TRULY SUPREME

There are no parallels ot God here on earth
Nor are ther any equals  the entire universe
And no man without Him amounts any worth
And any man without Him but unto self, a curse

There are no parallels to God but anywhere found
And all without Him but left hopelessly lost
And only fully with Him but to Heaven gates bound
Those who but partially pay the corresponding costs

TO ALL NATIONS

Change the values of the formula for your existence
In righteousness to all to our God draw near
Thrive to noble, peaceful and progressive co-existence
And in goodwill not arms but share

Change the values of the formula of the global equation
In such a togetherness that God becomes near
For better then best in such worthwhile preparation
So let love be the replacement of all the fear

THEREAFTER

Just suppose the soul never leaves the body
Just as well consciousness remains intact
That death is assumed only in its rigidity
That the state of existence but subtly swapped

What if life-everlasting proves exactly that
That one just waits out until time of Rapture
Hence in no pyres consumed; in no tombs entrapped
Just what if those perspectives totalled hereafter

FORESIGHT

The greatest value of the past is as it relates to the present
Either lending support or acting avoidance as a matter of experience
Provided by a vivid memory; an active storage of such events
Further providing easy references in an air of all expedience

Still yet not without of forgotten feeling of how then it felt
But to prevent thus of such but cautious and most protective
So as a super alloy of disposition of which present and past but smelt

SUMMARILY

Life is allowed for thorough preparation
-Of how one would spend all eternity
To either be glorified or in self-condemnation
All so briefly when seen comparatively

ON LIFE'S SUPERHIGHWAY

Imagine on a lonely stretch of highway without any lights

For not too much is of deep reason even common-sense

In the supermarket of life I pushed an empty cart
Genuinely not knowing what items to buy
So ill-equipped for life; better equipped to depart
Until for a few items on sale or offered a free trial

Until no longer afraid to at least try something else
And in new and different in a such freshness, partake

OF CLEAR CONSCIENCE

How often is God a conscious part of your thoughts
Apart from praises, offering thanks, seeking guidance
But as part and parcel in the things into which caught
As a prevailing factor during each living instance

How often is God a conscious part of your deliberation
Being premeditated thus all of what come to conclude
Thus clear and fair your attitude and natural inclination
With all sides and considerations to so happily include

CHASING DREAMS

The pulse of true life is felt in its happiness
Which in all actuality stays but one step ahead
Preluded by onsets of craving; really new consciousness
As we visualise this new thing of which being led

To get very close to God is life's design
To get to Heaven is for what engineered

T'is to God the attachment nay umbilical

LIGHTHEARTED

Of God's chosen are those who choose
To live cheerfully truthful; of such respect
Of anything less to quite openly refuse
So kept and sheltered by what is blessed

Thus by any ill and deceit but never confused
So but never in limbo under such dispute

CHANGING THE FORMULA

God expects us to adopt His ways
By applying Scriptural to contemporary
Thus challenging the foolishness termed today's

ADMIT ONE

Everyone has a free ticket and a lifetime of rides
To two preset destinations- Heaven and hell
With their courses similar and laying side by side
Except that one keeps ascending; the other can into, fell

Either in one of virtues; the other capitalising each mistake
In sure ways found blessed as opposed to that but forbidden

HESITANTLY

Of the world with all its chaos and corruption
God is still fully, quietly in-charge
Of all its ill but a welcomed interruption
A place of solace worth moving towards

Amongst the millions of ill outlooks and assumptions
Yet to conclude it all He still refrains

OPTIONS

You'll fulfill all Scriptural written and/or prophesied
Either in the category of the Redeemed or of the damned
Much depending on what  attitudes and values have relied
Hence whether  of just or unjust became your demand

You'll fulfill every written word of Scriptural account
Either as a Believer or left struck in total disbelief
In an appropriate dosage measured in an exact amount
Of ultimate, eternal joy or in its corresponding grief

TAKE AS DIRECTED

Towards God is life's natural hence taken direction
No matter where one perceives may be heading
Thus it constantly offers adjustments to that perception
To positions readily accepted or may be loathing

Towards God is life's national and strengthening currents
So powerful at times may tend to take you under
In jet streams of situations, sudden turns of events
With God always near: If ignored but still awaiting yonder

DOING AS SUPPOSED

When a child you're heavily rewarded for merely listening
In others efforts for you to recognise and respect proper authority
When you have grown as desired the rewards diminish until altogether missing
As your life is properly shaped and all such but self-regulatory

Similarly is God to us in the initial stages
Lessening as our faith grows and we behold Him how great
As we ourselves turn to greater good rewriting our pages
Thus from lesser to a greater being but our acquired state

SOUL PURPOSE

What is my purpose; actual role while here on earth
But to live properly and to so love and be loved
Under those terms discover what's life really worth
Thus of all former less but dutifully rise above

What is my real purpose; created role here on earth
But only to discover the fine details of becoming such
But long before departure so experience my true worth
And to have lived truly happy via achieving that much

OF NATIONALITY

God wanted me to be proud and to be Guyanese
So He went to the trouble to have me born here
Removing myself is when I did as I well pleased
Returning: I fulfilled for what was Spiritually prepared

God is love in its entirety

THUS EQUAL

One day you will lose every relationship
Everything material you've come to own
All entitlements under whatever citizenship
With one final breath everything gone

One day you will find yourself just so poor
Amidst of however good and how plenty
And in that final passage will need no more
When all is fulfilled; stone-cold and empty

NO MATTER WHERE

No matter where on earth you may find yourself
Know that with God is but the only safe place
Only with Him is there ever found something else
Like of being free, living better, secured and safe

No matter where on earth or of all ill goings on
With God all can automatically; do become better
For all our situations are for only of Him to learn
And in each of our lives to indeed mostly matter

MY GOODNESS

Be thou of good for goodness sake
And not as an investment; of self-insured
True goodness of egotistic; of no such crate
Of such illnesses but provide of sure cure

Be thou of goodness for thou art good
Pure and simple and in a most natural way
And of such all but ever reflexively could
Prepared of such service every livelong day

THIS FATHER'S DAY

This time around pay tribute to the Father of all
No matter where, globally or to which generation; belong
Become such sons and daughters; answer such call
So either establish a relationship or make the existing, strong

An offered prayer but mostly a quiet thing

On which the body thrives; of which the soul sings
And off to Heaven but a start

And after it accomplishes for what it was meant
On added Faith it affixes but a seal

KEYS

The key to heaven is to live real and truthfully
And as practical as you can
Only under such conditions, can you, but fruitfully
And would have discovered God's plans

To live and so love you would have found the key
To Heaven's door; to so unlock
So a better understanding of the Scriptures; their prophesies
And on the devil and hell but an organised attack

SECURING

Avoiding hell; to Heaven i must get through
Utilising each livelong day
 Qualify myself for what is reserved for a few
Secured by my deeds and what I'd pray

Avoiding hell; to Heaven is my earthly challenge
Each moment but a step of the way
Secured in totality but to what I must attend
Accumulating such tomorrows but by my todays

BUT AS LONG

As long as you can tell right from wrong
As long as in so doing crave inner peace
As long as for better is where think you belong
As long as such thinking would never cease

As long as you're human flesh and blood
As long as such your blood never turns cold
As long as over evil you'd choose good
Then you are on the merits of your soul

ENROUTE

God's in my origin; He's my final destination
But somehow I managed to get lost along the way
Distracted and disoriented by so many imitations
For the correctness of such vision is absent my outlay

Will yourself to love God with all you've got left

TOWARDS HAPPINESS

Towards happiness is a stairs throughout life to climb
Seems always enticingly to lay on the very next treader
The ones passed, but then below, by experience to remind
That the achievement of happiness is no light endeavor

Towards happiness does however have a final upper level
Punctuated by the numerous intermediate levels often reached
As true happiness is revealed,  so collectively unravelled
Tailored and suited to the unique need of us, each

ALIVE WITH GOD

Keep your eyes on God in all that you do
In all your actual dealings and can visualize
In your transactions with fellow man so be true
Thus the residue in all that you may actualize

Keep your eyes on God for that's where they should be
Against all odds and as much when in your favor
Thus always a high level of His accessibility
And the end product of all that you will and which labor

BUT DIFFERENTLY ABLED

When you have ably met the challenges of every day
When even more is required than your very best
When you have looked at and rendered it every way
Then it is time you seek and take a deserved rest

Take leave of everything; have a spiritual retreat
While you take stock of your spiritual position
Why! Next to God get comfy; take such a seat
Experience all the goods of a saintly disposition

BEHIND EACH CURTAIN

God is behind each discovery of every truth
In close proximity of all things practical; of all real
In stark realizations 'though of its reception however mute
In any wound so inflicted but only with time might heal

God is indeed everything and all around us
Kept subtle by quick convenience and acts of resort
By quick, mistaken "mays" genuinely thought as "musts"
So by societal accepted solutions resulting greater hurts

OF FULL SPIRITUALITY

To experience full spirituality realises new realities
And actually frees one from where mentally imprisoned
It breaks all divisions while establishing commonalities
And into focus brings life for what it was commissioned

Full spirituality is about the soul being in-charge
With body and mind following in disciplined adjustments
Where the whole being is to God heading towards
To find full potential and with such entitlements

IN PROPER PERSPECTIVE

If we could only learn to depend on God in every aspect
As omnipotent and as great as we claim Him to be
So in our daily lives take every opportunity to show Him respect
(Of such actions and deeds the object of our communities)

If we could only afford God His appropriate, respected place
How differently all outcomes: Our interpersonal relationships!
The only way all the world as desired a much improved place
With fierce competition of living replaced by our fellowship

DIVIDED, WE FALL

God, to all man is but the single most commonality
For indeed the inheritors of earth, we are all His children
That can only be and make worthwhile in such unity
Where in realism and simplicity under truth can so comprehend

God, is the single most commonality of all the inhabitants of earth
Whose oneness lay scattered and separated as sovereign countries
Into divided pride and competition where for well-being so hurts
To degrees of disagreement resulting into too many enmities

HIS ONENESS

God has no particular preference of religions
So long as he remains revered and worshipped
So long as in each life there is such provision
So long as the global family but such kinship

God has no particular preference of religions
No matter how great the number of their following
For He is the single factor of their communion
That tradition, geography and language keeps altering

GROPING

It is for God I yet unconsciously search
Manifested by spontaneous cravings of body and mind
As for temporary satisfaction may so be touched
And in many-a-dark corners would mself so find

It is for God that my entire psyche longs
But so much unconsciously may in depravity so blend
When seemingly "so right" but turns out awful wrong
Varying depths of my persuasions; theme of my plight

EQUAL UNDER GOD

The characteristics of God are constant; but the same
Religions merely provide different avenues of worship
In forms of rites and rituals; differently calling His name
And in the ways we prepare for Him; so but thinketh fit

The characteristics of God upon examination much the same
Its our manner of approach to Him selectively different
But as true to Him we each would choose; so but try to remain
Making our times in His presence but equally, righteously spent

NOT UNTIL

There is no love but until the love for God
No living but until for His sake
No real turning but until to Him toward
So everything ventured but how genuine: Mistake!

For finding Him is but the only success
For we are so born and destined to be
Anything less no matter how tidy but still a mess
Sadly lacks but our true liberty

EVEN UNTO HIM

Many an ill thing are meted out in God's holy name
Of which there is no apparent retribution or refute
Although the very character and reputation of God is slain
Although the perpretrators make changes to themselves; suit

For it is written that many will come in His name
And so must be left to ride but that written fact

IN SEARCHING

Finding God is certainly not restricted to a religion
But may be quickly discovered in a life fully operant of truth
And of the religions certainly not any of particular distinction
They are merely different trees capable of the same fruit

Finding God is but the most tedious of tasks before us
For brazenly so but many boast; readily making such claims
But to which our minds and our souls unquestionably must attest
Or else to have lived a life totally void; to have lived in vain

LOVE DEFINED

The definition of love lays hidden in the love of God
When recognised and accepted in its disciplined ways
When subordinately returned in the prescribed measures thereof
When from its scriptural account but interpreted as if today's

The application of love when patterned from that of God
As subordinately as must be returned as of gender; man
So would he and his woman in exact principle made of
So would then be instituted God's love as He initially planned

ONLY AFTER

The options are wide open to get to know
Him, Who had created all things
Him, Whom before, regardless, must eventually go
Why not, in willing offerings

It makes perfect sense but to get to know
Him Who brought thee into being
Only in such acquaintance can be said to grow
And experience life in its full meaning

AS LUCK GOES

You think yourself lucky to escape without a scratch
As you would on the success of a most difficult operation
Consider yourself a winner by making such a catch
But may be far removed from the actual explanation

For the positive outcomes are for you but a taste
A lead to the entity solely responsible for your delivery
Whom you are yet to so recognise but on Whose grace
You are granted prolonged life; second chance; shown mercy

OF BLESSINGS

Blessings cannot be lost, stolen or destroyed
Nor have to be upgraded; nor does ever expire
Never in the form of utility; launched or deployed
Nor of some nest egg on which can retire

Blessings potentially are all of eternal life
So inherited; so passed to following generations
The love for God by man so extended wife
All of such secured without shallow negotiations

RISK FREE

Only by the acceptance of God's love can we avoid sin
Only by making adequate His ways and means
Only by those values can we but eventually win
Realise in actuality, what for us, but still a dream

Only in the return of God's love would we; happiness
That's truly fulfilling; of everlasting; of peace
Only in a discipline of effort and in upright openess
In a pursuit that's relentless; at no obstacle, cease

THOUGH UNCONDITIONALLY

God loves each of us unconditionally
Yet but of set consequences not returning His love
And 'though it may not follow sequentially
It compensates for when we do or lack of

God loves each of us unconditionally
Yet potential for ignoring but prescribed heat
To be summed and totalled but eternally
As each with such consequence must inevitably meet

UNCONDITIONALLY

In all acts of humanity our God is duly served
However dispensed without as much a scriptural word
When social fairness and such kindness is observed
When such praise is given; when such thanks heard

In all acts of humanity so found our God's presence
All acts of compassion even without an accompanied holy word
Sufficiently without strings attached but heartful presents
And of no expectation of behavior summoned afterward

ATOP THE SPECIES

Being born the greatest of all creation
Mainly by the ability to think; functioning of the mind
To examine data and to arrive at some conclusion
And thereafter (with any will) act on what so find

Being born but placed atop of all creation
Mainly to be wholesomely creative or to oppositively do
Decisively to head towards salvation or damnation
Too often the ways, we, ourselves enthusiastically outdo

DUTY-BOUND

After, with all that you've achieved, still within feel a great need
As in no sense of achievement considering all that you have done
Eventhough it was way past egostistic ; beyond any degree of greed
Yet the feeling of being short of something never leaves you alone

Then maybe its time to turn to God (being one of His Creation)
But lacking His complement to feel and function (of Him) integrally
Through a "born again" spirit with a relentless quest for salvation
In a service to man but with God in an example but of dutifully

FULL CIRCLE

We shall all be provided with an attempt to return to God some day
Under much the same conditions and level of control as when at birth
When all relationships will be severed; loss of all that we have today
When the record of our deeds to our rejection or of to our worth

We shall all be but provided with that opportunity to Him, return
In the same measure of equality as did to each of us at birth
Left up until that moment but of great awakening (too late we learn)
Why our lives have to be properly lived or else for second chance, yearn

ONLY TEMPORARY

Time here on earth is a mere time to prepare
For where you will spend all eternity
To remain distant from God or to Him draw near
To befriend Him or make with Him; enmity

Time given in human body is mere time to prepare
For the time you will be, without
In the midst of a whole world where you may share
In preparation for the time you will; without

INTERFAITH 3

So you have found a way to God, to you, most believable
That you stick closely to; you profess to be your religion
As to countless others whom to other ways as vulnerable
So found faith and to other doctrines of considered wisdom

Yet 'though you treasure yours, it is surely not the only way
But of many ways but by the one God equally provided
Offering as much clarity so become chosen by those who may
Catering to diversity but not intended a factor to be divided

INTERFAITH 2

Characteristically your God and my God is potentially the same
Only different by what we proclaim and forms of worship
Thus religiously instead of being brothers, distant cousins do we remain
Towards total togetherness but we, an unexplored hardship

Both in charcter and personality our Gods are about the same
Yet we remain apart by His given name; in ways of worship
Recognizing not His oneness; through different approaches, maintain
We split the flock of following as if really of different ownership

INTERFAITH

God is constantly called-upon by many names
Worshipped globally too in as many different ways
Yet characteristically to Himself but do remain
Catering tomorrow, fulfilling today; of recorded yesterdays

God forms the apex by a variety of names
Worshipped globally in as many forms and ways
Yet through them all but characteristically the same
Catering every need, wish; (clearly evident when in offered prayers)

FIRST AND FOREMOST

My first obligation is to God
To Whom I owe my entire life
(For everything else but come afterward)
Like children but after; first comes wife

My first obligation is to the Almighty
(For in me coming to be He's surely been)
Thus I must of Him as He did so highly
Thus shall I but turn away from sin

TOSSED

Man is essentially his own medium between Heaven and hell
Depending upon principles daily chosen amounting life-long
Depending upon his early socialization; for what points he fell
Plus a progressive internalization of seeming right and wrong

Man is constantly tossed between what's God and the devil
Too often times unable to distinguish whom he is with
It is at those times he loses himself become highly susceptible
And without the least of suspicion but for Heaven becomes unfit

OF OBEDIENCE

To be obedient to God requires an orientation
To personally know Him hence His ways
So guided when by some Holy quotation
So absolutely sure as that as what He says

To be obedient to God you must first know Him
Hence be conversant with Him thus His ways
So ably distinguish of His grace as opposed of sin
So clearly convert that of Scriptural into today's

INTERCESSION

Since you turned me away I turned to God
And was kind of grateful that you did so
From that day I got to Him closer and so onward
And really wished that like me you’d get to know

Since you chose not to help I asked God
I experienced Him coming to my aid
And experienced of Him more than I’ve ever heard
So likewise for you as I mentioned: Prayed
