A prize was awarded with mere expectations to cease
Naming noble policies to caption: Making less obvious
The covert actions engineered to breach world peace
Holding this office; now inconsistent of its complexion
Of which very dynamic has taught to raise world hope
The one of many overtures but to exploit its potential
To establish the terms on which all troubled may cope
