Under an approved plan so each is born
So kept alive on a twenty-four-hour basis
So achieves by grace or by what is learned
A world population made-up of such cases
In an approved plan each day takes place
With all the characters; their various roles
With care; accountability affixed each case
With a reward or penalty billed every soul
