OFF-COLOR

The occupation of presidency by an off-black; non-white
Still remains but a faint signal of American openness
Still a duplicity of meaning wherever the stars and stripes
Still questionable the motives hidden; her decisiveness

This welcomed occupancy; their displayed change of need
Experientially realized; found out but no magic wand
For in that freshly tilled ground, instill; conductively breed
Economical control at home yet worst in foreign lands
